In Fortnite: Battle Royale, tasks and missions from Week 5 in Season 7 are now available. We show you tips and guides on how to solve the challenges.
What tasks are there? In Week 5 there are tasks of various kinds. You should dance at places, land at named locations, shoot with suppressed weapons, and deal a certain number of damage points.
Free and paid: As always, there are seven tasks in the new week. These are divided into free tasks and paid tasks. For the paid ones, you need the Battle Pass of Season 7. It costs 950 V-Bucks in the game, which is €9.50. If you do not have the pass, you can only complete three of the seven tasks.
All challenges and missions from Week 5 in Season 7
Challenge 1 – Phase 1 Land at Polar Peak
How does it work? This challenge is divided into several phases.
- Phase 1: Land at Polar Peak
- Phase 2: Land at Fatal Fields
- Phase 3: Land at Tomato Temple
- Phase 4: Land at Loot Lake
- Final Phase: Land at Snobby Shores
Challenge 2 – Damage enemy structures
How does it work? You should deal 5000 building damage while participating in matches. With this killer combo, you can quickly take down buildings in Fortnite.
Challenge 3 – Eliminate opponents with a suppressed weapon (hard)
How does it work? For this task, you just need to use weapons that are equipped with suppressors. You do not need to get the kills in one match; you have time for it. This makes the task quite simple.
Challenge 4 – Phase 1: Dance on a water tower (Battle Pass only)
How does it work? This task is divided into 3 phases. You need to dance on top of a water tower, on top of a fire lookout tower, and finally on top of an air traffic control tower. In our guide, we describe where you can find these places:
Challenge 5 – Search 7 chests at Wailing Woods or Paradise Palms (Battle Pass only)
How does it work? Head to Wailing Woods or Paradise Palms and diligently search for chests there. It’s best to do this right at the start of a match when not many players have been to these locations yet.
Challenge 6 – Search between a giant stone man, a crowned tomato, and a circled tree (hard, Battle Pass only)

Challenge 7 – Eliminate an opponent from less than 5 meters away (hard, Battle Pass only)
How does it work? Taking down opponents from this short distance is easy with certain weapons. For example, shotguns are great for this, as they are most effective at short range.
