In Fortnite: Battle Royale, the new challenges from week 5 of season 6 have now been released. See here how to complete all tasks and earn your rewards in the Battle Pass.
Racing and Shooting: In week 5, it’s all about vehicles and shooting. You need to break speed limits and deal damage and get kills with a variety of weapons.
Free and Paid: As is now well established, 3 tasks are free, while the remaining four challenges require the paid Battle Pass for 9.50 euros.
All Challenges from Week 5 in Season 6
Challenge 1 – Be detected by various radar devices at a speed of at least 27
Speedsters win: You need to race through speed cameras at a specific speed. We show you the locations of the radar devices in Fortnite.
Challenge 2 – Jump through burning rings with a shopping cart or an ARK
Stunt drivers wanted: Here you need to jump through burning rings with the shopping cart or off-road vehicle. You’ll see how easy it is in our guide.

Challenge 3 – Deal damage to opponents with the tactical shotgun (hard)
Load and hold: Tactical shotguns are good close-range weapons. It’s best to grab one of these guns at the start of the game and deal damage to opponents up close.
Challenge 4 – Eliminate an opponent from less than 5 meters away (Battle Pass only)
Ideal with shotgun: This task is perfect for the shotgun kill from task 3. The tactical shotgun is ideal for close combat. Alternatively, you can smash your opponents with a pickaxe at the start of the game. And for those who want to be safe, just take out an opponent in a team mode who just went down.
Challenge 5 – Deal damage to opponents with submachine guns (Battle Pass only)
SMGs are good weapons: Submachine guns are still good weapons in the game. You should easily deal 500 damage with them. You don’t have to do it all in the same match.
Challenge 6 – Eliminate an opponent with the minigun (hard, Battle Pass only)
Quite tricky: The minigun is initially rare and not that great at getting kills. The weapon is rather meant for tearing down fortifications. And that works better with the Quad Ram and the Quad Launcher. This task is indeed difficult!
Challenge 7 – Deal damage to opponents with regular pistols (hard, Battle Pass only)
A long way: Pistols are not the best weapons in the game, but you should still be able to deal 200 damage. Ideally, just shoot downed opponents in team mode. Afterwards, follow up with other tasks involving different pistols.
