Two Ubisoft titles reach milestones on the PS4. For Honor receives an award for 100,000 copies sold on the PS4. Ghost Recon Wildlands sold even 200,000 times over the virtual counter.
For Honor – Gold Award in June – Ghost Recon Wildlands wins Platinum
For Honor was awarded according to the German Entertainment Software Association (BUI): 100,000 copies of For Honor have been sold digitally for the Playstation 4 in Germany since release. Thus, the game earns a Gold Award.
But For Honor is not the only Ubisoft game deserving of an award. The coop shooter Ghost Recon Wildlands has been sold digitally in Germany more than 200,000 times on the PS4 since release, thus earning the Platinum Award from the BUI.
The BUI’s information on sales comes from a market research institute called GfK Entertainment. This company collects the sales figures of the best-selling digital games in Germany every month and provides them for extrapolation to the German Entertainment Software Association. The numbers presented here and the resulting awards are derived from this.
