In For Honor , teaser trailers for the new heroes Centurion and Shinobi have been released. These showcase (presumably) new executions!
The second season in For Honor is approaching. “Season 2: Shadow & Might” begins on May 16, introducing the two new heroes Centurion and Shinobi. Ubisoft released two short trailers showing the heroes in action.
The Centurion will be a hybrid member of the Knight faction: “For the Centurion, the battlefield resembles a chessboard. Every warrior has a role to play, sometimes sacrifices are necessary. This is the nature of war. And the Centurion celebrates it.”
The Shinobi comes to the Samurai as an Assassin: “The Shinobi are silent warriors who move gracefully and kill with a precision that reflects a lifetime of disciplined training.”
In these trailers, we also see an execution from both the Shinobi and the Centurion, which will presumably also be in the game. The Centurion knocks down a Peacekeeper with a knee strike and then weighs whether to give a thumbs up or down. He goes down. The Shinobi also shows a nice kill in his teaser.
When can you play the new heroes?
Starting from May 16, the Shinobi and the Centurion will be directly accessible to all “Season Pass” owners. All other players will have to wait until May 23. Then they can unlock each hero for 15,000 Steel. More info in the link.
In addition to the heroes, the second season brings two new maps (Forge and Temple Garden) as well as an increase in the maximum gear score and new “Epic” quality gear. Additionally, there will be more new features, adjustments, and balance reworks.
The first season of the faction war in For Honor saw the Vikings take the lead. Currently, the game is in a season break. You can find out what rewards the Vikings and the other factions received in the provided link.
