In For Honor, Ubisoft announced the release date of the open beta and its contents. These heroes and game modes can be tried out.
This morning we reported on a leak indicating an open beta for For Honor. Ubisoft has now officially confirmed this leak: From February 9 to February 12, all players on PS4, Xbox One, and PC can download and play the beta for free.
No registration for the open beta is necessary.
Heroes and Game Modes – What the Open Beta Includes
At the launch of For Honor, 12 heroes will be playable. In the open beta, there are nine:
- Vikings: Raider, Berserker, Warlord
- Samurai: Orochi, Kensei, Nobushi
- Knight: Conqueror, Warden, Peacekeeper
Additionally, you can play these game modes:
- Dominion: 4vs4
- Elimination: 4vs4
- Duel: 1vs1
- Brawls: 2vs2
Except for Elimination, these game modes have already been playable in the closed beta. In Elimination, you play “Best of 5”. There is no respawn during the matches. You can find other game modes as well as some tips for For Honor here. The faction war will also take place again in the open beta.
