For the first time, there is a live event playlist in For Honor. What does this event look like?
Since the launch of For Honor, there has been an “Events” display on the multiplayer map where you start the PvP matches. This has been available at the respective strongholds of the factions but could not be selected until now. This changed last night.
Now you can click on the “Events” and access two “Event Playlists”. According to Ubisoft, the event playlists are designed to test the new maps with all their variations. This guarantees you access to the new multiplayer maps Forge and Temple Garden, which introduced the second season of For Honor. The Dominion mode is always played. There is one playlist for PvP and one for PvE.
These event playlists will be available until Monday, May 22 at 8:30 PM. After matches in the event playlists, you won’t earn war resources.
Many players probably expected something different from the “Events” that have been speculated about for months, rather than familiar playlists with fixed maps. But who knows what other events the future will bring.
Massive Hero Kills – Event Command
Currently, a new event command called “Massive Hero Kills” is underway, which the community may master together. You are to achieve as many hero kills as possible in Dominion matches. The current target is nearly met. As a reward, there are 2000 Steel.
Datamining – New Weapons and Outfits Coming
With the second season of For Honor, not only new maps and event playlists were introduced, but also two new heroes. The Shinobi and the Centurion are presented in detail in the provided links.
According to the results of a dataminer, these two heroes will receive numerous new elite outfits, mythic outfits, helm cosmetics, weapons, and armor in the future. The existing heroes will also get new outfits soon. You can view them here:
Towards the end of the video, new emotes of the Centurion and effects can be seen. It is anticipated that all these datamining findings will be gradually released in the coming weeks.
