Ubisoft has announced another game mode for the slaughter spectacle For Honor. Here is the trailer for “Tribute.”
In Tribute, eight players compete against each other, divided into two teams of four warriors each. It is a variant of the popular and classic “Capture the Flag” mode.
In Tribute, each team tries to gain control over three offerings and then bring them to one of the three team shrines. This grants the team a blessing, which enhances their attack, increases their running speed, or shows them where the enemy team is located.

You need to be fast and strong
As soon as you have secured all three offerings, a countdown begins. You must then defend the offerings until the timer reaches zero. Then you have won the match. During this time, however, your opponents can take the offerings from you again, leading to a tactical cat-and-mouse game. You must always cooperate well in the team. Quick players try to grab the offerings quickly, while the strong heroes defend them afterward.
More information in the live stream
You can play Tribute on several maps, including Tower Ruin, Gorge, Shipyard, Cathedral, Viking Village, and Forest. Ubisoft will reveal more details about the new game mode of For Honor during a Twitch livestream today, September 14, at 6 PM. Possibly also including the release date. However, an initial trailer will already get you in the mood.
