In Season 8 of Fortnite: Battle Royale Week 10 requires you to shoot through fiery rings with cannons. Where you can find the fire rings and cannons is explained here.
This is the task for the fire rings: A task from Week 10 of Season 8 is “Shoot yourself through burning rings with a cannon.” The task is free to complete and is therefore highly sought after, as it gives 5 points for the Battle Pass of Season 8.
Locations of the fiery rings on the map
Here you can find the fire rings: You only need to shoot through three fiery rings with the cannon. The following locations on the map are particularly well-suited for this:
- F-3: In the middle of Lazy Lagoon, you will find a cannon along with a nearby fire ring.
- G-4: Here you will find a pirate camp by the lava. There is a cannon and a burning ring there.
- F-7: Southwest of Salty Springs you will find another ring along with a cannon.
- C7: At the frozen lake, there is a ring to be found.
- C4: Southeast of Pleasant Park, there is a burning ring.
- I7: North of Paradise Palms, there is a fire ring.
- E5: South of Loot Lake, there is also a ring.
What do I need to do on-site? Once you have found a ring, you just need to climb into the cannon and aim it at the ring. Then you simply fire yourself off and sail through the ring like a living cannonball.
You need to do this once per location, then you have completed the task. You do not need to complete the task in a single match. You can try your luck as many times as you want, and each successful attempt will be counted.
Watch out for campers: As with all challenges of this kind, caution is advised. Many players are familiar with the locations of the cannons and fire rings. Therefore, various rogues often lurk at the cannons at the beginning of Week 10, just waiting for you to be distracted and aim the cannon.
So pay close attention and perhaps consider going to the locations with the fiery rings later in the match.
