With patch 5.1 came a number of new companions, mounts, and other cosmetics to Final Fantasy XIV. We explain how to obtain them.
The cosmetics hunters in FFXIV can look forward to new mounts, companions, and other collectibles with each major content patch. Here are all known locations of the cosmetics from 5.1.
UPDATE: The new items from patch 5.11 have been added. This article will continue to be updated as new information about the locations becomes available.
Mounts
- Name: Quickxie
- Location: Buy for 18 Pixie Glitter. Required rank unknown (probably highest).
- Name: Ufiti
- Location: Buy for 8,400 Build Tokens at Enie in the Square of the Have-nots. Will be available in the quest line for the restoration of Ishgard (Foundations X: 9.7 / Y: 11.5)
- Name: Purified Silence
- Location: Buy from Clan Kupo for 3,200 Kupo Tokens.
- Name: Shadow Gwiber
- Location: Random drop from the chest in the new trial “The Last Purification – Hades” (Hades EX).

- Name: New Estinien Doll
- Location: Buy for 1,200 Build Tokens at Enie in the Square of the Have-nots. Will be available in the quest line for the restoration of Ishgard (Foundations X: 9.7 / Y: 11.5)
- Name: White Miniature Knight
- Location: Buy for 1,200 Build Tokens at Enie in the Square of the Have-nots. Will be available in the quest line for the restoration of Ishgard (Foundations X: 9.7 / Y: 11.5)

- Location: From the last chest in Chateau Cosmea.
