Final Fantasy 14 is launching with the Stormblood expansion soon in version 4.0. This means there will be a lot of work for your heroes, and those who are prepared can start optimally. How to perfectly tune yourself for Stormblood is explained here!
The first expansion Heavensward already brought a lot of new content and features to Final Fantasy 14. It was a lot of work for your heroes from the base game to master all of this. For Stormblood, the second expansion of the Japanese MMO, there are again similarly many new features. Therefore, you should prepare optimally to not be faced with a mountain of new things that you cannot approach optimally due to legacy issues.
Final Fantasy 14 – Declutter your inventory and exchange tokens
To prepare optimally for Stormblood, we have found a useful guide video for you, which describes the optimal preparation for the expansion. The video is from YouTuber Charles, who conveys the optimal approach in a particularly pleasant accent.
Charles describes, among other things, the following methods to optimally tune yourself for Stormblood:
- Declutter your inventory! Sell everything unnecessary on the market or exchange it for tokens. What you want to keep, store away, for example in the precious cabinet.
- Send commands on missions for items that later grant experience bonuses, such as Survival Training IV.
- Maximize your rating with the Tribal Clans so that you are ready for the Tribal Clans in Stormblood.
- Bring your companions to the highest level.
- Complete all job quests if possible and don’t forget the regular quests in the areas. Ensure you have completed all legacy tasks.
- Train your Chocobo to level 20, as there might be new Chocobo features in Stormblood!
Some of the tips are certainly only relevant for the hardcore players among you who spend a lot of time in Eorzea. But decluttering and storing your arsenal is also beneficial for casual players!
If you take all these tips to heart, the start into Stormblood should definitely be easier for you. Have fun implementing them, and don’t hesitate to radically declutter your inventory; you won’t regret it later!
