Normally, the player ratings for a new FIFA title are revealed quite late and usually not until just before the release. However, this year, a few ratings of real top players have sneaked into the new gameplay trailer for FIFA 23.

FIFA 23 – First Ratings are hidden in the trailer
These ratings are visible: In the new gameplay trailer, you can mainly discover the ratings in scenes involving set pieces. There is a penalty scene with Karim Benzema as well as a free kick from Toni Kroos. In these short clips, the overall ratings of the Real Madrid players and a few detailed values are visible.
On the left, we show you the rating from FIFA 22, and on the right, you see the supposed FIFA 23 rating.

Are the ratings final? It is important to note that the ratings in the trailer and the Pitch Notes could just be placeholders. However, for some players, the newly displayed values do seem quite realistic.
