The community of Twitch streamer and YouTuber NickRTFM has managed to make the price of a silver card in FIFA 23 explode after the real professional reached out to the streamer.
This is the card in question: It is the silver card of Florian Pick, who plays for 1. FC Heidenheim in the 2. Bundesliga. This typically has an average price of 300 to 600 coins, and many FIFA players likely did not know him, which is not surprising given the stats.
But the community of NickRTFM has managed to bring the player into the spotlight.
Why the card of Florian Pick in particular? NickRTFM is often referred to as “Pick” by his viewers, especially when he fails to score an easy shot. This has led viewers to regularly buy Florian Pick cards through the Share Play feature and sell them again to troll NickRTFM.
Florian Pick speaks up in NickRTFM’s livestream
This insider pick seems to have been noticed by the real Florian Pick, who decided to message the streamer during a live stream. He reached out on January 10 in the chat under the name Flopick95 and tried to convince NickRTFM that he was the real Pick.
However, NickRTFM did not believe this and could only be convinced after Florian Pick messaged him on Instagram. After that, the excitement was great, and NickRTFM could hardly believe that the real player had reached out to him.
The two chatted for a while in the Twitch chat, and NickRTFM even watched highlights of the German player. Later, they then called each other and arranged to play Fall Guys together, as Florian Pick does not play FIFA himself.

The phone call makes the card even more valuable: The conversation between the two drove the chat wild. Many viewers jumped in during the interaction and eagerly bought Pick cards, which led to the price of the card temporarily rising to nearly 7,000 coins.
Additionally, the card was at the top of the popular cards on the well-known FIFA site futbin, which is quite rare for silver cards.
