In FIFA 21 Ultimate Team, the first league/tournament SBCs went live on Monday evening. However, they were only available for a very short time: hardly had they gone live, and they were already gone.
Update, November 3, 6 PM: In another tweet, it was explained that they are currently investigating which players are affected by the problem. These players should then get their exchanged player cards back.
Additionally, it is announced that the SBC should be back later this week. However, no specific time is given.

These are the SBCs: On Monday evening, the Squad Building Challenges “Conmebol Libertadores” and “Conmebol Sudamericana” went live in FIFA 21. In the SBC menu, both could be selected under the new league SBC tab.
On Twitter, the two “league/tournament” SBCs were announced by the Direct Communication channel. It was noted that the SBCs would be published again after their expiration date in 30 days, possibly with new requirements and rewards.
Sudamericana and Libertadores SBC gone again
This is the problem: Even the first round was apparently faulty. Not even an hour after the first, the next post appeared: The SBCs were temporarily taken offline. Players who had already been working on the SBC or had even completed it would get their exchanged player items back.
Where was the error? There is currently no official reason for the deactivation, however, players (e.g., via reddit) report faulty rewards. Instead of the announced 83+ and 86+ players, wrong packs were given as SBC rewards.
This is how players are reacting: While many players are frustrated with the error, there are also voices that see at least one positive side: Since players should get back the ones they redeemed, they can redo the SBC when it returns.
The main point of discussion regarding the SBCs is that the stronger packs in the challenge were untradeable. In fact, league SBCs are very popular among many players, as they can be effectively used to boost their club with players and coins. However, untradeable pack players cannot be used for trading on the transfer market.
As FIFA streamer Castro commented under the post: “Tradeable packs or we riot.”
Some players hope that this might also have been an error that led to the deactivation. However, that is still open; there is currently no official statement on this issue.
