In FIFA 20 you will find everything about Squad Battles Rewards in Ultimate Team. When do the rewards come and how can you increase points? All tips and info including schedule.
What are Squad Battles in FIFA 20 FUT? It is a single-player mode within FUT 20. You play against AI, not against other players.
The special thing about Squad Battles is that you face teams created by other players from all over the world. You can set the difficulty before a match. The following applies:
- The better your performance and the more matches you play (maximum 40 standard matches per week), the more points (Battle Points) you earn.
- The more points you collect within a week, the higher you climb in the global leaderboard, and the better the rewards. Prizes are awarded once a week. Then the leaderboard resets, and a new Squad Battles competition begins in FIFA 20 FUT.

When do the Squad Battles Rewards come in FIFA 20 Ultimate Team?
Date and time for the rewards: You receive the weekly rewards every week on Sunday night to Monday at 2:05 AM.
Schedule for the Squad Battles: Every week there is a new Squad Battles competition. Each competition starts on Monday at 2 AM and ends the following week on Monday at the same time.
In previous years, there were additional resets on weekdays for which you could request a new batch of Squad opponents. In FIFA 20, you can request new squads at any time.

Tips and Info to Earn Squad Battles Points in FUT 20
Your rank in the Squad Battles leaderboard is determined by the number of your Battle Points. You earn Battle Points by playing matches in Squad Battles.
You have two options to play matches:
- Featured Team and TOTW: The featured team was created by a football player, a professional FIFA player, or another star and gives a fixed number of points depending on the difficulty. The TOTW also gives a fixed number of points.
- Opponent Selection Teams: Each week you can play up to 40 matches against standard squads that earn you points. If you play more than 40 matches, there are no further Battle Points. How many points you receive after the match ends depends on many factors.

How are the Squad Battles Points calculated?
To collect as many Battle Points as possible within the Squad Battle week, you need to maximize points from individual matches. This is how Battle Points are calculated per match:
Battle Points per match = Difficulty Modifier x (Team Rating Score + Match Result + Skill Bonus) + Goal Bonus

How the individual variables are affected
The Difficulty Modifier: The higher the difficulty you choose, the more points you earn through the modifier for a victory:
- Ultimate – 2.6
- Legend – 2.1
- World Class – 1.6
- Professional – 1.0
- Semi-Professional – 0.7
- Amateur – 0.6
- Beginner – 0.5
If you lose, the modifier is significantly lower (between 0.2 and 0.7).
Team Rating Score: Depends on the team you play against. It is based on its chemistry and team rating
Match Result: A victory gives 200 points, a loss 50 points
Skill Bonus: For good performances on the field, you receive additional points; for poor performances, points are deducted. In this table, you can see all factors that determine the skill bonus (the sum of all factors):
You read the table as follows: Per shot on goal, there are 5 points. A maximum of 10 shots per game grants points. Thus, you can earn a maximum of 50 points with shots on goal, which are then calculated.
Goal Bonus: Depending on the difficulty level, you receive additional points with goals:
Therefore, the tip is: Always try to score 5 goals per match. More goals do not give additional points.
What is new in the Squad Battles in FUT 20?
This is new in Squad Battles in FIFA 20: In previous years, you were limited to a few games per day that you could play in the Squad Battles. You had to log in every day and play the games to be able to play as many as possible and thus earn as many points as possible.
In FIFA 20 Ultimate Team, you get more freedom. From now on, you can request new opponent squads as often as you want in a day:
- When you play these 40 matches (10 squad refreshes of 4 squads) in the week is now up to you. You can play them all on one day or spread them out over the week.
- Once you have played the 40 matches, you can continue to request new teams. However, they will not give any additional points for the Squad Battles competition of this week. But you can play them to complete specific tasks, earn coins, or just to practice or for fun.
Also new is that the TOTW is available as a recurring Squad Battles opponent. In addition, the Squad Battles have received a fresh interface.
