This is the Draft mode in FIFA 20 Ultimate Team: In FUT 20 you can play the Draft mode, where you “draft” a team, then aim for a winning streak and claim some rewards.
“Drafting” means here that you build a team from random players. For each position, you get a selection of 5 players. When selecting your players, you should not only focus on the highest ratings but also on good chemistry. So keep the balance between player quality and team chemistry.
This Draft team is only available for this one Draft competition. With each victory, you get better rewards. The best rewards come after four consecutive wins.
Draft token and participation requirement: You cannot just play a Draft competition. You have to purchase access for 15,000 coins or 300 FIFA Points. If you receive a Draft token (for example from a pack), you get free access.
Play Draft online or offline? In FIFA 20 FUT, there is a single-player Draft and an online Draft. The participation cost is the same for both. However, in the online Draft against other players, there are better rewards – but it is harder to achieve 4 consecutive wins.

How to get the rewards? You receive the rewards in Draft only when the participation is finished. So after a defeat or after 4 wins.
The single-player rewards do not depend on the difficulty you choose. The difficulty only affects how many coins you earn at the end of a match.
