In FIFA 20 , EA Sports revealed all OTW players (Ones to Watch). These ratings spotlight the players’ cards (SIB) in the Ultimate Team mode.
These are the OTW cards in FIFA 20: After EA Sports released several OTW players in the past weeks, all Ones to Watch were revealed today, on September 24th.
In total, there are 23 stars in the spotlight – led by Hazard and Griezmann.

These are the top OTW: The OTW, abbreviated as “SIB” for “Stars in the Spotlight” in German, features Hazard, a player with an overall rating of over 90. Griezmann follows closely with 89.
OTW from the Bundesliga: From the Bundesliga perspective, Coutinho, Hernandez, Brandt, and Thorgan Hazard are included. If you want to build a Bundesliga team, you can try to pull one or more of them from packs or acquire them on the transfer market.

SIB Fan Vote and more information on the Ones to Watch in FUT 20
What is the SIB Fan Vote? When you log into FIFA 20 Ultimate Team now, you will receive a notification for a SIB Fan Vote.
You can choose one of 3 players to become the 24th OTW player. The options are:
- Saint-Maximin
- Eder Militao
- Cutrone
You have until September 27th to vote for your favorite. The winner will receive a dynamic Stars-in-the-Spotlight card, which you can get starting September 28th at 7 PM for a limited time through an SBC.
When will the 23 OTW players be available? The OTW event starts on September 27, 2019, at 7 PM. After that, you can pull the OTW from packs that may contain rare gold players. EA Sports has not yet revealed how long the packs will be available.
What about my OTW pack? Anyone who pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of FIFA 20 before August 5th will receive a random OTW player as a preorder bonus. This pack will be available at the start of the OTW event on September 27th.
What are OTW actually? They are dynamic cards – meaning: Every time an OTW player receives a TOTW card or another special card during FUT 20, their OTW card will be automatically adjusted to that card and remain at the higher rating.
In other words: The better the player performs in real football (and receives a special card from EA Sports), the better your OTW card will be throughout the season. There will then be a form boost that reflects the latest values.
As soon as the OTW event starts, the cards will be available in packs. After the event, you can only acquire the OTW through the transfer market, where they are usually very expensive. Most OTW cards are quite sought after.
