In FIFA 19 the winter upgrades of the French Ligue 1 are known. These player cards are now available in packs in Ultimate Team.
Ratings Refresh of Ligue 1: The winter upgrades in FUT 19 are in their fourth round. Today, on 21.2., EA Sports released the next ratings refresh batch. This time it is Ligue 1’s turn.
The best Ligue 1 winter upgrades: Mbappé from PSG stands out among these winter upgrades. The right winger has received an overall rating of 88. Other strong players are Marquinhos (85) and Depay (84).

Overall, his rating has been raised by one point. The shooting value increases by 2 points, passing, dribbling, and physique each increase by one point.
Information about the winter upgrades in Ultimate Team
These are winter upgrades: Since the standard cards in FUT 19 have not changed since the release, but many players have shown better performances in recent months than before, the winter upgrades will upgrade the standard cards of many players.
After this “ratings refresh”, only the new, updated cards of the respective players can be found in the sets.

How to get the winter upgrades of Ligue 1
New cards replace old ones in packs: As soon as the winter upgrade cards appear, they can be pulled in the sets. The only requirement is that the set can contain players. The “old” cards of the respective players will no longer be found in the sets from that moment on.
What happens to my old card? If you already own a card of a player that is being upgraded, it remains unchanged. It will not be automatically updated. If you want the player’s card with improved attributes, you have to pull it from a set.
It is also possible to acquire the winter upgrade cards from other players on the transfer market.
What happens to the previous IFs? They also receive an upgrade when the new standard card exceeds the previous IF card in rating or has the same rating. How inform cards behave with the winter upgrades specifically, you can read here.
