Cheap top talents are in demand: In the FIFA 19 career mode, you may buy some players within the transfer budget as a manager to strengthen your team. Particularly in demand are young players who have great potential. These can often be bought cheaply and developed into top players over the course of the seasons.
Lists of the greatest talents in FIFA 19: Below you will find the greatest talents sorted by position. The lists only include young players between 17 and 21 years old. We provide their overall rating and their potential rating. And at the end, there are also recommendations for the best FIFA 19 talents under 1 million and under 10 million euros.
Talents in the Forward Position – Young ST, RF, LF, MS with Potential
Forwards with the highest potential:
- The 19-year-old Kylian Mbappe surpasses all other talents on this list. He can increase from a rating of 87 to 95. However, the Frenchman is unlikely to be cheap.
- Keep an eye on Vinicius Junior from Real Madrid. The winger has a base rating of 77, but he can improve by a whopping 15 points to 92.
- Willem Geubbels has the highest potential growth of the best forward talents. He can increase by 22 points from 64 to 86.
From a German perspective, Jann-Fiete Arp is the top talent, who can increase to 88. Additionally, many career players may be eyeing the Swiss Breel Embolo from FC Schalke, who can improve from 76 to 86.

Midfielders with the highest potential:
- Ezequiel Barco is likely to be on many wishlists. The Argentine can grow by 15 points to a top rating of 89.
- Sandro Tonali is also interesting. He has a potential growth of 22 up to a rating of 88.
- Abdoulaye Dabo has the highest potential growth. He can increase by up to 24 points to 87.
From a German perspective and from a Bundesliga perspective, Kai Havertz and Leon Bailey from Bayer 04 and Christian Pulisic and Sergio Gomez from Borussia Dortmund are included.

Defenders with the highest potential:
- Matthijs de Ligt can achieve a high rating of 91 at just 19 years old. This young center-back is likely to be in demand.
- The largest potential growth is by Ethan Ampadu. He can increase by a whopping 23 points to a rating of 86.
- Alessandro Bastoni from Parma is also a top talent. He has potential up to 87, which represents a growth of 20.
From a German perspective, Gian-Luca Itter from Wolfsburg, Lars Lukas Mai from FC Bayern Munich, but also the Moroccan Achraf Hakimi from Dortmund are interesting. From Leipzig, Mukiele and Dayot Upamecano are included.

Goalkeepers with the highest potential:
- Donnarumma is only 19 years old but can rise to a rating of 93 in the FIFA 19 career mode. No other young talent can reach such a high rating.
- Christian Füchtl has the highest improvement potential. He can rise from 65 to 86, representing a growth of +21.

Tips to obtain talents at a low price in the career
Before you buy expensive players and talents in the career, consider these tips to invest as little money as possible:
- Even if everyone wants top players in their team – few can afford a Ronaldo or Messi. Especially not at the beginning of the career.
- That’s why it’s essential to invest in talents at low prices at the start of the career, whom you can then train and either keep or sell at a high price.
- Look for talents that have a base rating below 80. It’s best to choose young players with ratings in the 60s that show high potential, like Christian Früchtl. They are significantly cheaper than top talents that already start with a high rating.
- Look for talents that are not already in a top club. Because many top clubs are reluctant to let their young players with high potential go and expect a high transfer fee for them.
Keep in mind that the potential of talents is not guaranteed. You need to train them and give them playing time, otherwise, they will not reach their potential.
