In FIFA 19 there will be some new skill moves, also special movements. Four new tricks have now been released in videos.

If you like to dribble and tie your opponents in knots and often try your luck in the offense with “Heel, tip, one, two, three”, then FIFA 19 offers a variety of special movements for that.
New skill moves in FIFA 19: The special movements are the “skill moves”, the tricks with which you can leave opponents standing in a “1-on-1” – if you execute them correctly and with perfect timing. There will be some new tricks in FIFA 19, of which some have already been revealed.
From Neymar-Rainbow-Flick to La Croqueta
The YouTuber Kazooie94 belongs to the “Game Changers” – a group of community representatives who work closely with EA and are allowed to publish gameplay material for FIFA 19 in advance. He presents four new special movements in FIFA 19.
- La Croqueta (known through Iniesta) – 4-Star Trick: You perform this trick by holding L1 (LB on Xbox One) and pushing the right stick left or right. The trick works while standing, running, and sprinting. The player transfers the ball from one foot to the other, kicks it forward, and bypasses the opponent either left or right:
- Neymar-Rainbow-Flick (only Neymar can perform this trick!): The Neymar-Rainbow-Flick is based on a well-known trick, the Rainbow-Flick. In FIFA 19, Neymar modifies it so that he grabs the ball with both feet and then throws it forward behind his back. You perform the trick like a normal Rainbow-Flick – moving the stick once backward and then twice forward.
Neymar can also combine his Rainbow-Flick directly afterward with a bicycle kick, which can leave the opponent in awe. You can see this combination in the video above starting from minute 2:25.
- Ball-Roll-Sombrero-Flick – 5-Star Trick: This trick is exclusive to 5-Star skilled players and is performed by holding the right stick left or right and then pressing down the stick (pressing R3). The player first performs a ball roll and then lifts the ball over the opponent:
- Three-Touch-Roulette – 4-Star Trick: You apply this trick by holding L2 (LT) and moving the right stick first backward and then left or right. The player touches the ball three times and then continues to move in the opposite direction:
This does not include all the new skill moves in FIFA 19. More tricks will likely be revealed in the coming weeks before FIFA 19.
