In FIFA 18 Ultimate Team, the winter upgrades for the rest of the world are known. These players receive new cards with the ratings refresh.
The ratings refresh promo is almost over and cards from the Premier League, Serie A, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, and La Liga have already been upgraded.
Today, on March 5th, it is the rest of the world’s turn. Players who do not play in the “top 5” leagues of Europe will receive upgrades to their cards. This includes the Portuguese Liga NOS, the Russian Premjer Liga, the Belgian Pro League, and the Turkish Süper Lig. As for the other leagues, there are no downgrades this year.

How to get the cards of the ratings refresh in Ultimate Team
As soon as the winter upgrade cards are released, they can be pulled in the packs. The only requirement is that the pack can contain players. The “old” cards of the respective players will not be found in the packs from that moment on.
If you already own a card of a player getting upgraded, this will remain unchanged. It will not be automatically updated. If you want the player’s card with improved attributes, you must pull it from a pack. It is also possible to acquire the winter upgrade cards from other players on the transfer market.
Attention: The cards are extremely rare and thus overpriced shortly after their release. If you want to buy an upgraded card for your team, it is advisable to wait at least a few days before making the purchase.
