Every Wednesday, EA Sports reveals the Team of the Week in the “Ultimate Team” mode of their annual football simulation. This also applies to FIFA 17. Players who have shown outstanding performances in real football over the past week are rewarded with special cards that have improved attributes.
You can pull TOTW cards within a week from those packs that can contain Rare (Gold) players. However, the chance of this is considered low. Additionally, you can buy them on the transfer market if they are offered by other players. However, the prices are usually extremely high.
