What is TOTW in FIFA 17?
Every Wednesday, EA Sports reveals the Team of the Week in the “Ultimate Team” mode of their annual football simulation. This is also the case in FIFA 17. Players who performed outstandingly in real football the previous week are rewarded with special cards that have improved attributes.
You can pull the TOTW cards from packs that may contain Rare (Gold) players within a week. However, the chances for that are considered low. Additionally, it is possible to buy them on the transfer market if they are offered by other players. However, the prices are usually extremely high.
