What is TOTW in FIFA 17?

Every Wednesday, EA Sports reveals the Team of the Week in the “Ultimate Team” mode of their annual football simulation. This is also the case in FIFA 17. In this mode, players who performed outstandingly in real football the previous week are rewarded with special cards that have improved attributes.

You can pull TOTW cards within a week from sets that may contain Rare (Gold) players. However, the chance of doing so is considered low. Additionally, you can buy them on the transfer market if offered by other players. However, the prices are usually extremely high.
