FIFA 17 FUT: All Legends and their Ratings - The new legends in Ultimate Team

In the football simulation FIFA 17 10 new legend cards are coming. We take a look at all the legend ratings in the “Ultimate Team” mode.

Since FIFA 14, legends have been part of the FUT mode of the FIFA series – at least on Microsoft’s consoles. These special cards can only be obtained on Xbox One and Xbox 360.

This is also true in FIFA 17. The legends in FUT 17 are only available on Xbox One and Xbox 360. Players on PS4 and PS3 are out of luck.

New Legends in FIFA 17: FUT – Here are the ratings

Every year, new legends are added. In FIFA 16: FUT there are a total of 66 legend cards. In FIFA 17, the number increases by 10 additional cards. They are as follows:

What are legends in FIFA 17?

With the legend cards, EA Sports brings back well-known star footballers to the virtual pitch who have shown outstanding performances in the past and left a lasting impression on the world football stage. These players are no longer active as professionals.

The selection of legends has always been controversial in the community. On the one hand, many former stars that many fans would wish are missing. EA Sports is accused of arbitrary selection. On the other hand, PlayStation players are annoyed that they must do without these special cards. However, this tradition continues in FIFA 17.

The legend cards are designed in white-gold and are meant to reflect the respective player’s performance at the peak of their career in terms of attributes. In FIFA 17, the overall ratings range from 86 to 95.

How do I get legends in FUT 17?

From the release of FIFA 17, these legends are constantly available in packs. You have a chance to get them in any pack that can contain rare players. With enough money, you can also purchase them on the transfer market. But once again: Only on Xbox One and Xbox 360.

How is the chemistry of the legends calculated?

Since the legends are not assigned to any club or league, it’s interesting to look at the calculation of chemistry. To create strong ultimate teams with legends, EA introduced the “legend chemistry”:

In FIFA 16 – and presumably also in FIFA 17 – every player has a league connection with the FUT legends. Consequently, legends have at least one orange connection to all other cards.
