Update 7 PM: The demo is available on all platforms! However, the stores are experiencing issues, most likely due to extremely high demand. For instance, the PS Store on PS4 continually shows that maintenance is ongoing (PlayStation Store maintenance). The error message WC-40383-8 appears.

Where is the demo? This question is currently on the minds of countless FIFA fans. Just a few days ago, EA Sports announced that the demo version of FIFA 17 would be available on September 13. And that release date is today. However, many fans of virtual football are currently going crazy: the developers did not specify a concrete time.
New Zealand has never been so populous
Many fans now want to proceed particularly cleverly to be able to play here in Germany before anyone else. They are creating an account in the PSN that is registered in New Zealand, as they anticipate that the “FIFA 17” demo will be found in the store there first. Australia is also a popular country used when creating accounts.
The site FIFAUTEAM predicted a few weeks ago, based on insights from recent years, that the demo version could be downloaded at 9 AM today. However, at this moment, there is no sign of it. There is also worldwide searching for the demo on reddit, but it is still not listed.
So we have no choice but to wait until someone flips the switch and the “FIFA 17” demo is available for download and installation. It can only be a matter of hours.

Update 12 PM: The Xbox Store lists the demo for Xbox 360 (Germany, Italy, and New Zealand confirmed so far). It is 1.42 GB in size. According to a Neogaf post, the demo is also expected on Xbox One at 12, on PC sometime after 12, and on PS4 and PS3 between 3 and 4 PM. However, these details are currently unconfirmed.
Update 2 PM: There is still no sign of the demo in the PSN Store.

Update 5 PM: The “FIFA 17” demo is still not in the store. Currently, it is rumored that 7 PM may be the targeted time. However, nothing is official.

By the way: There is still no official word on the download size (except for Xbox 360). It is currently estimated to be around 4.5 GB for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
