The global official launch of FIFA 17 is on September 29, 2016. Then all fans of virtual football can fully immerse themselves in the new features of the football simulation.
However, in advance, you can already get an impression of the game: The demo is coming. The English website FIFAUTEAM has summarized the information and announced yesterday that it is official. Let’s take a look.
When does the FIFA 17 demo start?
The official release date is expected to be September 13 (Tuesday). Then the demo will be available for download.
The “FIFA 17” demo will be available on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC. This date does not apply to FIFA Mobile on iOS and Android.
What time does the FIFA 17 demo start?

What modes can be played?

According to this, two modes can be played: Kick-off and the story mode “The Journey”.
Kick-off
In this mode, you can test the new gameplay. The halftime length is 4 minutes. You can play alone or against friends (offline). Here are the settings:
- Difficulty: Beginner, Amateur, Semi-Pro, Pro, World Class, or Legend
- Match Conditions: Custom (unchangeable)
- Season: Autumn (unchangeable)
- Stadiums: Stamford Bridge, Suita City Stadium, Centurylink Field
- Time of Day: Day or Night
- Weather: Rain or Sun
- Jerseys: Home and Away Kit (The third kit is not available in the demo)
The Journey
For the first time in the FIFA series, a story mode is included. In this mode, you take on the role of young football talent Alex Hunter and experience football on and off the pitch. They speak of completely new football worlds that you can experience. We have summarized the information about “The Journey” here.
In the demo, you can only get a limited glimpse into the mode and can only play as Manchester United.

How to download and install the FIFA 17 demo?
On consoles and PC, the download is free. Depending on your platform, you should proceed as follows:
PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3: Here you need to go to the PSN store, search for the demo, click on download, and install.
Xbox One and Xbox 360: You go to the Xbox store, search for the demo, select download, and install the version.
PC: If you are on PC, you should download the demo from the Origin page.
