In FIFA 17 EA Sports is now the official video game partner of the current Bundesliga champion FC Bayern Munich.
“The Bayern” announced a global partnership with EA Sports on Monday in New York. Both parties disclosed this yesterday evening. The fans of FC Bayern and the FIFA series will benefit from new “Specials,” as stated.
For example, new and enhanced face scans of stars like Thomas Müller, Manuel Neuer, or Kingsley Coman will be included. Additionally, the atmosphere in Munich’s Allianz Arena will be portrayed “realistically,” making the entire setup of FIFA 17 even more authentic.
Furthermore, EA Sports stations will be set up in the Allianz Arena. Fans will find “FIFA 17” content on the digital platforms of FC Bayern and EA Sports.
According to the press release from FC Bayern, the CEO, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, said about this cooperation agreement:
“We know that the size of the gaming community is constantly growing. Therefore, our partnership with EA Sports is a right and important step into the future. The cooperation of two such successful global brands will provide great value for our fans in Germany, the USA, and the rest of the world.”
