In EA FC 24, a new promo now gives you the opportunity to earn bonuses for FC 25. You don’t even have to play much for it. However, some tasks will expire soon. We will show you how you can complete them as quickly as possible.
What kind of promo is this? The Pre Season event has been an integral part of Ultimate Team for several years. It more or less concludes all promos of the event calendar.
As the name Pre Season suggests, you can prepare for the next season in FC 25 here. Various tasks are available to earn packs for Ultimate Team.
EA has explained step-by-step on its own info page about Pre Season what you need to do for the rewards. We summarize the tasks for you.
Secure free packs for FC 25 – Here’s how it works
How do you get the Pre Season rewards? To get the Pre Season rewards, you need to play matches in FC 24 Ultimate Team, complete tasks, and finish a specific Squad Building Challenge (SBC) multiple times.
Why should you play 3 games a day? As a rough guideline, you should play at least 3 matches daily – preferably in Division Rivals, Champions, or Squad Battles – to not miss out on the experience points (XP) for daily play.
In addition to the daily play tasks, you will receive a kind of chain bonus that grants you extra rewards day by day. This promises you a lot of additional XP for the Season Pass, which is also part of the first task for the Pre-Season rewards.
Reach level 30 of the Pre Season Pass for a 5x-84+ pack in FC 25
The first task is also the most time-consuming. To receive the reward, you must complete the Season Pass. The necessary experience points can be earned:
- by completing the live tasks found in the objectives
- through Weekend League rewards
- through weekly rewards from Division Rivals
- through weekly rewards from Squad Battles
- by earning bonus XP for each completed match
Complete “For the Club” tasks for a 10 × 80+/82+ pack and a loan hero in FC 25
To complete the “For the Club” tasks, you need to build teams with specific requirements and play matches.
For the Club I tasks:
Play in 3 separate matches in Squad Battles or Champions/Rivals while including 4 players from the following leagues in your starting lineup:
- Premier League
- LaLiga EA Sports
- Serie A
- Bundesliga
- Ligue 1
For the Club II tasks:
Play in 3 separate matches in Squad Battles or Champions/Rivals while including 4 players from the following nations in your starting lineup:
- England
- Spain
- France
- Netherlands
- Germany
Here’s how to complete the tasks faster: If you haven’t completed any of these tasks yet, you can complete 4 tasks at once by building your team with 4 players from 2 of the required leagues/nations.
In addition to an immediate 83+-player choice, you will receive additional experience points for the Season Pass in FC 24 for each completed league.
Once you complete all the “For the Club” tasks, you will receive a 10 × 80+ or 10 × 82+ player pack in FC 25 and a player choice for the 13 new heroes in FC 25.
How long do the For the Club tasks last? The task block will expire on Friday, September 13, at 7:00 PM.
Complete the Pre-Season Crafting Upgrade 100 times for a 5x 82+ pack in FC 25
For this task, you can clean out your current club one last time. To complete the SBC once, you need:
- a team of 11 gold players, including at least one rare gold player.
In total, you will need 1100 gold players if you want to complete the SBC 100 times.
To obtain as many gold players as possible, we recommend putting the players with a rating of 85 to 89 that you pull from the Pre-Season Crafting Upgrade into the “Exchange Processes” found in the SBCs.
There you can exchange players with a rating of 85 to 89 and receive a variety of gold cards in return.
If you complete the Crafting Upgrade 100 times, you will receive a 5 × 82+ player pack for FC 25.
How long do you have for the Pre-Season Crafting Upgrade? The task block will expire on Friday, September 13, at 7:00 PM.
Complete the Road to FC 25 Evolution for a 7 × 81+ pack in FC 25
At the conclusion of FC 25, you will once again deal with the new feature from FC 24. Complete the Evolution (EVO) “Road to FC 25” to earn a 7 × 81+ player pack for FC 25.
To receive the rewards for FC 25, you must fully complete the Road to FC 25 Evolution. To do this, you need to select a player with the following requirements for EVO.
Player Requirements:
- Overall Rating: 78
- Speed: max. 76
- Physicality: max. 74
- Number of Playstyles: max. 6
- Number of Playstyles+: max. 0
With this player, you will then complete the following tasks at each level.
Challenges:
- Level 1: Play 2 matches in any game mode with your EVO player
- Level 2:
- Play 2 matches in Division Rivals, Champions, or Squad Battles with your EVO player
- Win 1 match in Division Rivals, Champions, or Squad Battles using the EVO player
- Level 3:
- Play 2 matches in Division Rivals, Champions, or Squad Battles with your EVO player
- Win 1 match in Division Rivals, Champions, or Squad Battles using the EVO player
Don’t forget to continue to develop your player with each level completed in order to complete the tasks of the next stage.
How long is the Road to FC 25 Evolution available? You need to select a player for Evolution by Friday, September 20. You then have one more week to complete all tasks, so until Friday, September 27.
When will you receive the Pre Season rewards? The rewards are expected on October 10. You must claim the bonus packs within a month of their release.
You do this by logging in with the account in FC 25 that you earned the rewards in FC 24. Players who unlocked the bonus packs but do not log in within the required timeframe will unfortunately miss out.
