Battlefield 6 is still being played a lot months after release and has already received several updates. Now a player has taken a closer look at the Battlefield shop and claims to have discovered AI art.
Why is Battlefield 6 the most successful game of 2025? In just the first three days, Battlefield 6 sold over 7 million copies and became the strongest launch in the franchise (ea.com). According to gamespot.com, Battlefield 6 is ranked 1 among the best-selling games of 2025.
What did the player find? While Battlefield 6 is celebrated as the most successful game of 2025, Reddit user J_Productions made a discovery in the Battlefield shop. In the shop, a bundle is offered for 900 Battlefield coins, which includes an emblem that seems to have been created by AI.
The necessary coins can be purchased for 9.99 euros (1,100 coins in total) in the official Battlefield store (store.ea.com).
What does the emblem show? At first glance, the emblem shows a simple weapon. However, upon closer inspection, some discrepancies become apparent:
- The trigger of the weapon appears to be missing
- An additional dust cover is positioned directly over the actual dust cover
- The weapon has two barrels

Players are not surprised by AI
What are the players’ reactions? Under the Reddit post, some players are mocking it, but there are also many negative comments.
The Reddit user ZeusHatesTrees finds humor in the dual mechanisms of the weapon and writes: “Sometimes it’s so dusty out there that you need a dust cover for your dust cover. And two barrels are extra.”
However, the top comment is from Reddit user theludeguy and has received almost 8,000 upvotes: “Not surprising at all.”
Why does the use of AI seem unsurprising? Not only in Battlefield 6 does it seem that AI is at work; other major studios have also been associated with AI content in recent months:
