The series based on Fallout has already celebrated a successful first season. Now the first official trailer for season 2 has been released, confirming once again that a popular monster will finally appear in the series.
What kind of monster is that? The Deathclaw is one of the most dangerous monsters in the Fallout universe. It looks like a giant lizard, has two horns, powerful claws – hence the name – and walks on two legs, similar to a raptor. They are not inherently evil, but they are still dangerous. If you encounter them in the games, you should be prepared for a fight – or look for a way to escape. In Fallout 76, you can visit the Deathclaw on its own island.
Already in the first season of the Fallout series, the existence of the monster was teased: In episode 8, a skull of a Deathclaw was shown briefly, which made viewers hope to see a live specimen in action in the second season.
With the official trailer for season 2, more of the Deathclaw is now shown. In the trailer, it throws itself into a fight with Maximus.

What else can be seen in the trailer? In the trailer, we also see familiar faces from the first season, such as protagonist Lucy MacLean, the ghoul, and Maximus. The conflicts from the first season seem to be reaching a new peak, as the Steel Brotherhood appears to be sliding into a civil war. We will also see more of the city “New Vegas”.
