Fallout 76 is getting a new legendary trader – more specifically, a trader lady. We have compiled the information on location and offerings for you.
What is the legendary trader? The legendary trader is a miner lady from whom you can buy legendary gear. She has already been announced since the Fallout 76 roadmap for 2019.
Through the trader, you should be able to exchange unwanted legendary items to clean up your inventory and stash while also obtaining better gear. The trader is supposed to make it easier to get the legendary equipment you desire.

For some time now, the trader has moved from her location in Berkley Springs and now operates the Rusty Pick in the south of the map, right in Ash Heap.
The shop is relatively large and has its own map marker with the unique symbol for the trader Murmrgh.

What is available for purchase? You can buy legendary gear, grouped into:
- Armor
- Melee Weapons
- Ranged Weapons
When buying, you can choose whether you want the gear with one, two, or three stars. The stars determine the number of perks on the gear, thus affecting the quality of the legendary items.
However, which perks and values you will receive remains up to chance. You can only buy the different quality levels at different prices:
- Legendary Armor – 1 Star: 15 Legendary Coins
- Legendary Armor – 2 Stars: 30 Legendary Coins
- Legendary Armor – 3 Stars: 60 Legendary Coins
- Legendary Weapon – 1 Star: 25 Legendary Coins
- Legendary Weapon – 2 Stars: 50 Legendary Coins
- Legendary Weapon – 3 Stars: 100 Legendary Coins
- Legendary Module (10 pieces) – 50 Legendary Coins
- Vault Steel Scrap (5 pieces) – 10 Legendary Coins
Where do I get the coins? The Legendary Coins are the only currency accepted by the trader. You acquire them by exchanging your existing legendary gear at exchange terminals.
The terminals were introduced with the latest Patch 9 of Fallout 76. You can find them at all stations in Appalachia.
