You need to craft the DLC items yourself
Here’s how you can obtain the contents of the Tricentennial Edition: To see if you have unlocked the items, you need to check the Atomic Shop. There, you should see the items displayed.
However, not all will land directly in your inventory. You first need to craft them or unlock blueprints for them.
These items are included in the Tricentennial Edition:
- Tricentennial Power Armor Skins (T-51, T-45, T-60, and X-01)
- Tricentennial Weapon Skins for the 10mm Pistol, the Hatchet, and the Laser Rifle
- A Vault Boy Mascot Head
- The patriotic Uncle Sam outfit
- Vault Boy Greeting Emote
- Tricentennial Workshop Poster

You can’t craft everything immediately: For some of the contents, you first need the regular blueprints.
Where can I craft the items? You will need an Armor and Weapons bench for the outfits and skins. You will find these shortly after leaving the Vault at the Overseer’s first camp.
The camp items are immediately available to you as soon as you have the corresponding blueprints. Set up your camp and simply build the appropriate furniture.
