Fall Guys brings out the hammer: In the most downloaded PS Plus game of all time, obstacles of all kinds attempt to keep you away from the finish line. For example, you can slide off poorly balanced seesaws, slip in slime, or run into really tightly closed doors.
But that’s not enough for the developers. Now they have come up with a new evil: The “Big Yeetus.” Yes, that’s really its name and it’s supposed to shake up the gameplay a bit.

What is the “Big Yeetus” in Fall Guys?
This is what the new obstacle can do: The “Big Yeetus” is an extra large hammer that can appear randomly and seemingly everywhere. In the tweet, the little Fall Guy even benefits from the push of the large hammer: After a perfectly timed hit in the back, he flies directly onto the ramp towards the goal.
It can be assumed that the “Big Yeetus” will not always be so gracious and will sometimes “yeet” you off the map (“Yeet” is actually an exclamation when something is thrown with full force.). Because as the infamous Fall Guys Twitter account states, the hammer is neither your friend nor your enemy.
Furthermore, it emphasizes that many players apparently did not really want to believe in the “Big Yeetus” at first – but it seems to actually become a new feature.
A randomly appearing, rotating giant hammer also fits well with the wobbly, imprecise nature that Fall Guys is. However, when it will be introduced into the game has not yet been revealed.
Once the hammer is there, it will probably depend on the specific situation whether you can use it well prepared or be thrown through the air in completely the wrong direction. And the hammer will not be the only new feature: With the upcoming Season 2, there will be new mini-games and costumes in Fall Guys.
