The Elder Scrolls Online (PC, PS4, Xbox One): Murkmire is coming in a few weeks. A prologue quest line prepares you for the new DLC and gives you the chance to earn special rewards. The quests are in high demand, almost overcrowded.
For all players who are eagerly awaiting Murkmire to dive deep into the Argonian culture, or those who simply want new gameplay content, 2 new story quests and 6 new daily quests have been unlocked.
Daily quests are daily missions that you can complete once a day. Particularly diligent players are rewarded with an exclusive title.
Here are the rewards for the new quests
2 new story quests send you across Tamriel to recover stolen Argonian artifacts. Upon completing both quests, you will receive the following rewards.
A memento is the first reward: For completing it, you will be rewarded with the Murkmire Grave Marker. This is a memento. If you complete the 6 new daily quests, you will receive reward boxes. These boxes may contain items from the new DLC area.
A companion is the second reward: If you are particularly lucky, you will receive one of seven fragments from the boxes. If you collect all seven, you unlock the Swamp Jelly as a companion.
And here’s how you get an additional title: Particularly diligent players are rewarded with an achievement that grants you a special title for completing 150 daily quests. You can then call yourself “Murkmire Trailblazer.”
Players are seeking coveted quest items
This is why the areas are overcrowded: Because many players want the new pet, the quest areas of the 6 new daily quests are hopelessly overcrowded. Players report that they have to wait a long time for the monster and the required quest items to respawn. When they do reappear, they are immediately snatched up by other players. They accuse Zenimax of not having learned from previous mistakes.
This is what players criticize about the quests: As soon as the quests hit the PTS, players criticized the quest design as too repetitive. The fact that these new daily quests must be completed 150 times in total to unlock the special title is displeasing to some players.

Members of the Cyrodiilian Collections are historical investigators. They seek antiquities and return them to their owners.
Here’s how to accept the prologue quest: Acquire the quest item “Cyrodiilian Collections Need You!” from the Crown Store for 0 crowns and use it in your inventory to start the quest line. Alternatively, you can also accept the quest through posted help requests in Vulkhel Guard, Daggerfall, and Davon’s Watch.
Then speak with Concordia Mercius in one of the three cities and accept the quest from her. You need to help Concordia recover various Argonian relics.
Here’s how to accept the daily quests: Head to Shadowfen to the city of Ebonheart. There you need to speak with the Argonian Jee-Lar. He will give you the 6 new daily quests you need to obtain the jelly pet.
