Zenimax Online continues the adventures of the MMORPG The Elder Scrolls Online (PS4, PC, Xbox One) with the upcoming DLC Horns of the Reach. Additionally, Update 15 has been announced.
Horns of the Reach and Update 15 will be released this August, with an exact date yet to be announced. While the update will be provided to players for free, you can purchase the DLC either from the Crown Store or receive it as part of your ESO Plus membership.

Two new dungeons await you: Bloodroot Forge and Falkreath
Horns of the Reach introduces two new dungeons.
- In Bloodroot Forge, you will explore an ancient forge where powerful weapons were said to have been created. The Reachmen and their allied Minotaurs seek to harness this power. You will fight through halls filled with lava and ultimately face the dark Gherig Bloodtusk.
- The second dungeon is the fortified city of Falkreath, which is under siege by Minotaurs. Your task is to break the siege, advance to the Hall of the Jarl, and defeat the Warlord himself.
Both dungeons in ESO Horns of the Reach can be explored in Normal and Veteran mode.
New for PvP players: ESO Update 15
Update 15 introduces a 4v4 PvP map called “Arcane University”, which is set in the Imperial City. You must navigate the winding rooms, clever teleportation options, and high platforms to achieve victory.
A new game mode called Chaos Ball is also introduced, where you must capture the “Ball” and hold onto it for as long as possible. The longer you hold the Ball, the more points you earn. However, the player holding the ball will have reduced healing and armor. The update also brings a number of gameplay improvements and bug fixes.
This includes the ability to cancel crafting analyses, a log of guild invitations, updates to the currency system, customizable combat tips, new homes and furnishings for Homestead, as well as bug fixes and adjustments.
