How to play an effective Magicka Nightblade
General. Dark elves are particularly well suited as Nightblades due to the racial bonuses. Since this is a Magicka build, you should invest everything in Magicka. Use the blessing: Apprentice as well as the Clockwork Lemon Filet. As a vampire, you gain additional bonuses.
This is the gear you should choose. For a Magicka Nightblade with a DPS focus, you should ideally use the following gear:
- 2x Mother’s Sorrow Rings on “Arcane”
- Mother’s Sorrow Necklace on “Arcane”
- Front: Siroria’s Perfect Flame Staff on “Infused” with Fire Damage Glyph
- Back: Maelstrom Staff on “Infused” with Magic Damage Glyphs
- For the armor set, use three pieces of Siroria (Siroria’s Perfect Shoes, Siroria’s Perfect Sash, Siroria’s Perfect Jacket)
- Additionally, use two pieces of the Mother’s Sorrow set (Mother’s Sorrow Gloves, Mother’s Sorrow Trousers)
- As a Monster Set, wear Zaan’s shoulders and Zaan’s Visage

- The main skill is the Elemental Weapon of the Psijic Order (the passive ability Magic Sphere of the Psijic Order is very useful here)
