The developers of the MMORPG shooter Escape from Tarkov are apparently very proud of the weapon modification system, which is why they are highlighting it with a new video.
In Escape from Tarkov, you play as a mercenary stationed in the fictional, sealed-off Russian city of Tarkov. Here, anarchy reigns for the most part, so you should only venture onto the streets armed. But in an MMORPG, you don’t want to just walk around with a basic weapon that everyone else has as well.

Therefore, you will have the ability to modify weapons in a very diverse way in the game. How exactly this works and what it looks like is shown in the new video. What should the barrel be like or the grip? Do you need a silencer? The customization options are not just cosmetic embellishments to make the weapons look cool. They also affect how the weapons perform. A better sight allows you to aim better, and a modified barrel ensures that you can shoot more precisely. The individual components of the weapons can be found as loot throughout the adventures.
The developers always pay attention to realism. In the game, there will be no weapon mods that do not exist in the real world. You also will not be able to assemble fantasy weapons. Everything has a realistic background and was researched accordingly by the developers.
