The developers of the MMORPG Worlds Adrift are working hard on updates for the game – a release is not yet in sight.
The beta of the MMORPG Worlds Adrift is progressing, but no one wants to talk about a release just yet, as there are still some things to be done before the online game reaches a status that the developers are satisfied with. This means that updates for the beta will continue to be released.
A new cannon for your ships
On Tuesday, February 6, version 0.1.6 will be released, introducing the Swivel Guns along with the corresponding Knowledge Tree into the game. This is a type of shotgun that you can mount on the deck of your ship. In addition, you can now create up to three characters for free per account, and there are several optimizations, bug fixes, and improvements to the effects.
A wipe is coming
The developers have also announced update 0.1.7, which is expected to be released in about two weeks and will bring a wipe. 0.1.7 is supposed to include the following:
- Blight – This is a type of storm that engulfs airships. It will therefore become more dangerous to fly from island to island.
- Balancing of the loot
- Loot at the beginning of the game will be revised
- Improvements to the server
- Optimizations and bug fixes
There is also talk of version 0.1.8, but what this update will bring is still unclear. However, the developers are making significant progress with Worlds Adrift. Therefore, it will be exciting to see when the release date will finally be announced.
