In the beta of the space MMO Elite: Dangerous, players can now expect a first major update. We present the changes in a short video.
The Elite beta test is running, just like in the premium beta, in different phases. So far, there has been little happening. Since the start of beta 1 on July 29, there have only been a few minor changes and bug fixes. Now, however, Frontier Development is gearing up considerably.
On September 30, the first phase ends and the beta of Elite: Dangerous moves into the second phase, Beta 2. Here, a proper update is served up with some changes and innovations for the hungry fans of the space MMO.
The main focus of the changes is clearly on the endless expanses of space: these are becoming significantly larger, more populated, and include some new challenges.
