The Free2Play MMO Echo of Soul is one of the most successful MMORPGs in Korea and has also caused a stir in Europe and America under the German publisher Aeria Games. Over a hundred developers have worked on EoS for years. The team includes several who previously worked on Korea's largest MMO franchise: Echo of Soul is considered a spiritual successor to Lineage 2. The free-to-play title is characterized by its high accessibility. All game systems - whether the action-packed combat system or character improvement - quickly become second nature to gamers. Although the creators largely rely on classic content, it is all the more polished. However, new impulses are not entirely excluded: As a so-called Soul Keeper, it is also possible to reach the end level solely through player-versus-player battles, apart from defeating monsters. Players will also not have to complain about too few healers when searching for groups: There are none, as everyone can heal themselves.
