This release date was confirmed by EA on September 17.
Where can I find the Web App? Access to the Web App is available via the official EA website here.
Keep in mind that the release of the Web App can be quite chaotic and the servers may be overloaded. This could mean later access for you. This has always been the case in previous years.
When does the Companion App for EA Sports FC 25 start? The Companion App for iOS and Android will be released one day after the Web App.

Who can access the FC 25 Web App? The “Web App” login before the FC 25 release is only available for returning players who already had an account in FC 24 Ultimate Team. Additionally, the account must be “unblemished”.
