- Your own coaching staff that you can hire.
However, there seems to be an error with the last point that is causing frustration among players.
This is the “Coach Release Bug”: In the career mode of EA FC 24, you have your own coaching staff for the first time, which you need to take care of. You hire coaches who help you improve your squad and accelerate player development.
The various coaches have star ratings from 1 to 5 and can be fired and rehired. And it is eventually necessary when you want to opt for stronger coaches to get more out of your team.
But there is a problem: When firing a coach, the game crashes completely, and nothing can be done. You cannot return to a previous menu, nor can you proceed to the next one.
The only thing that helps after the crash is restarting the game. And after restarting, the coach you wanted to fire is still there.
Is there a solution for the bug? In the official EA FC 24 forum, the bug is being discussed heatedly, and many players report their experiences with the annoying error. An EA staff member responded in the forum and confirmed that the studio is aware of the problem and is working on a solution.
