At the E3 2019, a new Zombie Army game was announced with a crazy trailer – Zombie Army 4: Dead War. It’s about fighting Nazi zombies led by an undead Hitler in co-op.
Rebellion Developments, the creators of Sniper Elite 4, presented a new game at the PC Gamer Show during E3 2019 – Zombie Army 4: Dead War. However, the shooter is different from what most fans would expect.
This is shown in the trailer: No real gameplay from the spin-off of Sniper Elite can be seen yet. This will be shown on June 11. However, the cinematic trailer clearly shows what the game is about – namely the fight against Nazi zombies.
At the end, the obvious leader of the zombies can be seen – an undead Hitler, who laughs shamelessly. He will probably need to be sent back to hell (again).
What’s in Zombie Army 4: Dead War: Alone or with up to 4 heroes in co-op, players will face gigantic Nazi zombie hordes in Zombie Army 4. The resistance has defeated Hitler and sent him to hell. But he doesn’t want to stay there long and his undead army is rising again – with greater bloodlust than ever before.
The fictional setting is set in 1946, after the end of World War II. In a mix of Sniper Elite and Left4Dead, players fight the undead using various heroes with many skills, supernatural abilities, and different attacks. The X-Ray cam known from Sniper Elite is also on board. Gameplay takes place in various locations such as Venice in Italy.
When will Zombie Army 4: Dead War be released? The game is set to be released early in 2020.
On which platforms will Zombie Army 4: Dead War be available? The sequel to the Zombie Army trilogy will be released for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
On PC, the game will be available exclusively through the Epic Store in 2020. A release on Steam is also planned for 2021.
