Lastly, here is a game that could become the absolute highlight and big surprise of E3: Dylan.
BioWare and EA have been secretly working on an action game that, according to leaks, is supposed to become a semi-MMO – similar to Destiny or The Division. It has been in development for 4 years, is supposed to be presented at E3, and will be released in 2018.
There is little official information about Dylan – EA has now confirmed that it will release in the next fiscal year (between April 2018 and May 2019). It has a great design, excellent game mechanics, and is developing very well. It will be a “live service” game focusing on “social design”. Sounds like a new competitor for Destiny and The Division.
The E3 2017 will have many more highlights, such as the new Assassin’s Creed, Detroit: Become Human, Gran Turismo Sport, or the Xbox Scorpio. There will certainly be surprises that no one anticipates.
