The Darwin Project aims to take a piece of the currently popular Battle Royale pie and will soon launch its first closed alpha phase.
Humanity is on the brink of extinction from the next ice age. To prepare and entertain the viewers, a show is being held in which the participants fight for their survival. You participate in this show and are brought to a frigid landscape where you must try to stay alive.

Survival and Battle Royale
However, this is not so easy. Because in addition to the harsh weather conditions, other participants want to get you too. Everyone wants to be the only survivor and therefore tries to do everything possible. You must constantly be on guard and fend off the other players.
Each participant has special abilities designed to secure their survival. For example, it is possible to recognize other players using a heat vision. Or you can use a shield that protects you from attacks. Others can become invisible and then strike from ambush or fly a short distance to surprise your enemies from the air.
Closed Alpha Starts Soon
You can soon experience how it plays. Because the first closed alpha takes place from November 10 to November 12. If you want to participate, sign up on the official website. With a bit of luck, you’ll get one of the coveted accesses. But even if you are not selected, you can find out how The Darwin Project plays. Because live streams from the alpha can be aired, which you can follow if you’re interested. Additionally, during the alpha, there will be a Twitch session with the developers who will share more about the game.
The Battle Royale game The Darwin Project was announced last summer during E3.
