After a temporary ban from Twitch, DrDisrespect could actually stream again, his channel has already been unlocked. However, new content from the Doc is still to come. Now there is a date for his return, but the date is not until July 8.
When is DrDisrespect finally coming back? This question is now being asked by many fans of the well-known streamer. Because although his ban has already been lifted, nothing has been seen from him yet.
In a bizarre clip, the Doc has now announced the exact date for his return in his typical style. As it looks, you can expect him back starting July 8.
The short video shows how Dan “The Body”, the “bodyguard” of DrDisrespect, passes the time without the Doc while training. Dan receives a call from Disrespect – apparently while he is making a base jump from the Empire State Building. The Doc enjoys his time off.
The clip ends with the display of the date 08.07.2019. Then the Doc will finally be back on Twitch.
Fans will have to wait more than a week before they can see DrDisrespect live in action again.
Why is DrDisrespect coming back so late? The streamer didn’t provide further details. Presumably, the Doc wants to enjoy the holiday weekend in light of the 4th of July with his family before he gets back to work.
Moreover, it is conceivable that he wants to build up the hype about his return a bit more. This is likely to be a very big deal – perhaps even one of the most viewed streams of the year.
Because the last time he returned after a self-imposed Twitch break, so many viewers tuned in that the Twitch site crashed twice.
His recent ban has already caused enormous excitement and has brought the Doc more than 200,000 followers even before his return. It is thus conceivable that even more people will tune in for his upcoming return than the last time.
What was the deal with the ban? The Doc made an “IRL” stream at E3 2019. During this, he walked around the fairgrounds with a cameraman and his “bodyguard” filming various things.
During this, he also streamed several visits to a public restroom. Since filming in public restrooms is legally prohibited in California, it also violates Twitch’s terms of service. For this, DrDisrespect presumably received a temporary ban from the streaming platform.
