We have already reported a little about the Japanese MMO Dragon’s Dogma Online in the past few weeks, such as about the successful launch and the impressive numbers. At the Tokyo Game Show, Capcom presented new content that will be coming to players very soon. The patch 1.1 (or Season 1.1, as the developers call it) brings some forest areas where new bosses await and also an 8-player raid where a gigantic treant must be defeated.

The new class will be the Elemental Archer. Unlike an ordinary hunter, the newcomer does not use arrows! Instead, he fires with elemental projectiles that not only deal damage but can also heal. “I’ll heal you to death” seems to be quite a serious threat. It is also special that the elemental arrows can bounce off walls and thus cause multiple damage or healing – careful positioning, both by the group and the Elemental Archer, will be even more important than before.
