Place 3: Oob
- First appearance: Episode 289 (Dragon Ball Z)
- Special technique: Chocolate Kamehameha
After Son-Goku defeated Kid Boo, he wished for him to be reborn as a good person, so they could fight again. Oob is his reincarnation and becomes Son-Goku’s pupil in Dragon Ball Z. Even back then, it is clear that he could become the strongest fighter of humanity.
We only see his true potential in Dragon Ball GT. In the series, he faces alien opponents, but he is defeated by some enemies. Only through fusion with Majin Boo does he match up against the strong opponents. However, we leave this form out of our ranking because Oob fuses with another character here. The anime also shows that Oob has grown strong against alien fighters and deserves third place.
Place 2: Muten Roshi
- First appearance: Episode 3 (Dragon Ball)
- Special technique: The original Kamehameha
Although Muten Roshi is a very old man, he is one of the strongest humans on Earth. He taught Son-Goku and Krillin the essential foundations to become strong fighters. Under his alias “Jackie Chun,” we see how strong the Turtle Master really is.
But even in Dragon Ball Super, he shows what he is capable of during the great tournament of the universes. With his techniques, he provides such great support that he can save the universe from destruction. There, he used a Kamehameha that drained his life energy. This effort has catapulted him to second place among the strongest humans.
