What kind of podcast is this? The podcast Vows & Vengeance will provide the backstory to the highly anticipated new Dragon Age: The Veilguard. The new podcast series will also introduce us to the companions of the RPG with whom our protagonist Rook goes on adventures in Thedas. Knowing a little more about them might even be beneficial. Because in The Veilguard, our companions have to like us in order to become stronger.

What is the first episode about? The former thief Nadia is drawn back into action by the allure of one last big heist. Unbeknownst to her, she is working on behalf of the Dread Wolf
and sets out to find a powerful, ancient artifact.
Together with her love Elio, she finds herself caught in a web of lies that endangers the entire world. When Elio is banished to the Fade – a mysterious, magical dimension – Nadia embarks on a desperate rescue mission to bring him back.

How is the podcast structured, what else can you learn? The first episode introduces the main characters Nadia, Elio, and Drayden, while each subsequent episode highlights one of the companions from The Veilguard.
This narrative is complemented by the appearance of voice actors of well-known characters from previous games, including perhaps the most popular dwarf from Inquisition
– the chief scout Lace Harding (Ali Hillis). She also fights as a companion at your side in The Veilguard.
When will the podcast be released? Vows & Vengeance is an eight-part podcast series that will be released every Thursday from August 29 to October 17.
