As Bethesda announced in a press release, an open test version of the shooter Doom will start on April 15. The exact start time of the Open Beta is at 6 AM on that day. It ends on April 18, also at 6 AM.
This beta is freely accessible to all players on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, no beta key is required. Everyone is invited to dive into multiplayer battles of the hellish action shooter before the official launch.
In the Open Beta, the modes Team Deathmatch and Warpath will be available, as well as the maps “Heatwave” and “Hellsight”. According to the publisher, users will only be able to experience a fraction of what awaits them at the launch of Doom.
Season Pass announced, includes three DLCs
Additionally, Bethesda announced that after the launch, additional free content for multiplayer in the form of new game modes will follow.
However, three DLCs will not be free, which will be available in a Season Pass. The DLCs are expected to cost 14.99 euros each, and the Season Pass is available for 39.99 euros. With the first DLC, which is set to be released this summer, the following content will be added:
